Meet The Founder.
I’m Vanessa, founder of Helpful Help Support™.
Grief is just part of what remains when someone dies: there are practical decisions to make, belongings to sort, and an overwhelming amount to manage, often alone. Without empathetic, grief-informed support, that weight can be destabilising in ways that go far beyond sadness.
I know this world intimately: as a caregiver, a bereaved daughter, and someone who navigated the practical and emotional aftermath largely alone while being neurodivergent. I’m not a therapist, but I offer practical, grounded support shaped by experience, training, and a commitment to ongoing personal development.
